About
A therapist you can trust
Hello, I am the founder of Self Mastery Therapy. I am a qualified integrative therapist offering a calm, supportive space for individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and self-understanding. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your life — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and live fully.

My Approach
At Self Mastery Therapy, I offer a calm and confidential space to slow down and delve into the main issues. Together, we explore patterns, thoughts and emotions that may be keeping you stuck - so you can move forward with greater clarity and purpose. I work integratively, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Who I Work With
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties such as stress/anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic attacks, sleep disorders, social anxiety and health anxiety. Therapy can offer a space to explore and understand what is happening. Whether you're dealing with stress/anxiety, emotional dys-regulation, navigating a life transition, or simply feel that something needs to change - this is a place where you can begin.
What Clients Can Expect
Sessions are 50 minutes long and can take place weekly or fortnightly, online or in person. The first session is an opportunity to share what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether we feel like a good fit. There is no pressure to commit beyond the first session — it is a chance to experience what therapy with me feels like.
Qualifications & Training
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies from King’s College London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions from University College London, and a BSc in Psychology from London South Bank University. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to maintain a high standard of care, and I am committed to delivering ethical, evidence-based practice.
My values
Compassion
Every person deserves to be heard without judgement.
Authenticity
Genuine connection is at the heart of meaningful change.
Growth
Everyone has the capacity to develop greater self-understanding.
